Referring Providers

Scope of Practice:

Our practice accepts referrals for patients within the Interior Health region. Please note that we specialize in general hematology. For all confirmed lymphoma, myeloma, or acute leukemia diagnoses, please direct referrals to BC Cancer.

Referral Requirements:

Referrals must be submitted by a licensed medical professional and include the following:

• A formal referral letter

• The patient's most recent blood work

• Reports from all relevant investigations and consultations

All complete referrals are triaged based on clinical urgency and hematologist availability.
